thoughts are like shadows
they are with you breifly
but then are gone when the light comes
only in the smallest light can you see a shadow
as you can see the tiniest thought

the light of a thought,
brings joy to those
who love the light
but when that thought dissapears
what are we left with?

a shadow.
holding on to a shadow
is so tempting yet difficult
for when that light fully fades away
darkness prevails
