i found myself in his arms
i found escape in his arms

home is where u are seppose to feel safe
my home was never where i belonged

they were against us
they never liked him
they never really liked each other
they were misserable
i didn't want that

they broke us up
hoping to keep me in what they called a home
but all it was to me was a house
a place to get money from
a prison
a place of shut up

keep ur mouth closed
don't get in trouble
father is always right
do what he wants and u'll live in peace
be respectful of elders who really know nothing about u

be there for ur mother
she has no friends
u have to be her friend
u have to spend time with her so her life is better
no time for urself to feel better
no one to take care of u

he was there for u

he was there to protect u
he was there to make u feel better
he would listen to all ur problems
be there to dream with u of running away
and never coming back to this hell
but he left u for anouther life
