Home Poem by Tshering Chekii

Home

Little away from the home,
Little closer to the heart.
Home is where a heart is.
Heart dwells neither in a
Luxurious complex nor in a cozy suite
But where the warmth of love
Sparkles in the coldest weather,
Where sense of belongings
Is instilled instantly
And get connected affectionately.
You miss home when you
Can't connect to a room full of people,
Feels trapped in four corners of walls
And when your smile don't reach your eyes.
Home is where a heart is
And the heart is where a love is.
