Nez Nut

Honour - Poem by Nez Nut

you thrust the bloody sword in the air with shame
only to hide that you cheated in the game
the game where you roll the dice
and take someones life
knowing that he'll never be alright
but you cheated
you hated
you changed the dice and took all of our lives
you bribed the master and blackmailed our wives
you showed the town bloodshed and tears
only to gain fears from your fellow peers
you cheated and you know you did
but you hid and never ever showed it
now as you raise your blood stain sword
the souls swirm around you and go into you
rippin out your guts
'liar cheater hater' they chant as you hold the sword up in gloryless pride
your heart sinks as the words pry
pry open ur chest and whack at you hard
makin you miserable right from the start
your strength weakens as you lower your metal art
'i have sinned' you whisper
as you own sword takes your heart
