House Poem by Leslie Philibert

House

strong breezes in a familiar house,
corridors full of leaves
torn curtains across broken windows,

mirror face.
your back turned into a bow,
suffer the same loop,

the same head brick
the same safe of dirty secrets,
explore the same labyrinth

from which you want to escape,
a script not to be ripped up;
the pushing away and holding.
