How Could You Poem by Prince ....

How could you let me go’
Without letting me know?
And how is this right
forcing me through the night
feeling frozen with fright
without you here by my side

How could you just let me be? ’
How could you walk out on me?
Leave me with this broken heart
Inside I’m bleeding and all torn apart
I’ve come to far to go back to the Start

This misery has left me scorn for strife
I look for my love’ my one & only life.
The one that was there and kept me strong’
The one that kept me moving on all along

And inside I feel that I should just give it all away
But something inside of me says that I should stay
To stop all the pain & prevent from being afraid.

So it levels out so that if I am ever filled with doubt
I can keep it strong keep moving along.
Because she is & was my life’ my everything’

My bright shining sun
Keeps handy of the fun.
She brightens my existence
Reasons for my life to live this
