The moment my heart gathered itself whole—
no longer splintered into aching shards—
my soul sank into endless stillness,
awake to its own breath,
awake to all that is.
My ears, tuned to the celestial hymn,
still heard it
through the city's metallic hum.
The rain of oneness washed over me;
no veil of separation remained.
My mind, unburdened by illusion,
drifted like a lone wanderer in the Great Desert,
led only by stars and the silent moon.
"Guide me gently, " I whispered,
Like an abandoned car in dunes—
a voice from the shifting dunes.
And then—
I found myself.
My dreams.
My breath.
All unfolding like water lilies
on the surface of undivided light.
I wept my soul
into the Soul of all souls.
I am You, and You are me—
and that was enough.
