How Do I Know? Poem by Joseph M Donatelli

How Do I Know?

Im still sitting here after all these years
Wonder fills me as another question nears
Before it reaches me I foresee the stear
The answer lies somewhere deap in here
Im still at the wheel my mind is clear
Figuring out problems from far and near
I pull the answers out of the atmosphere
I never studied these subjects is that clear

It's a mystery gift to somehow know why
Something happens in microscopic time
Having never considered this idea line
The solution lies in other examples I find
Things I can see in my big concept mind
That were never dreamed of in all of time
Come to me in the flash That lights my eyes
With new found insights that are all mine

Again and again new solutions expand
That gray matter no one comprehends
The bigger the solution the more strands
Of added thought tissue my skull crams
New brain cells into it's infinite command
So I can be solving what no one understands
Concept questions in my capable hands
Are answered instantly on demand
