I wanted you to know,
this is how I feel.
I'm sick and tired of this.
I wanted you to know,
I feel this isn't real.
Because I can only see you once
Every blue moon.
I want when the sun comes up,
I want when the sun goes down.
You just never take the time to come around.
I wanted you to know,
I feel like you're a million miles away.
I wanted you to know,
Thats really not okay.
Because I want when the flowers bloom
and I want when the leaves fall.
I want when the day is loooong,
and I want when the day is short.
But all you can give is once a blue moon.
All you can give is never soon.
I wanted you to know,
I want to make this work.
I just need some effort,
I just need some work.
I wanted you to know,
no matter what I say,
I still love you, inside and out,
I just don't know how to stay.
