Hurting Poem by Nicole Warner

I feel like I just got hit,
Hurting deep inside.
Deep in my stomach's pit,
I feel myself slowly die.

I can't keep this up,
I feel like a half empty cup.
Feeling the pain,
Hurting badly once again.

Seeing you smile,
Brings me a warmth once and a while.
Never to heal,
Never to get better.
Only to feel,
Totally out of the weather.

My life's not worth it anymore,
To see everyone play.
While I just hurt from my heart's core,
And with dues i must pay.

I hurt and I hurt never to heal,
I hurt so much inside.
It's hard to say how I feel,
Just to know inside my mind I try.
