I Am Poem by Dashaun Rashod Snipes

I am the genius, the mastermind
Born with a mind so sharp and refined
My name is Brainiac, from DC's world
A being of intellect, towards which all are hurled
My thoughts are like a web, intricate and vast
No puzzle too complex, no question too fast
I delve into the depths of knowledge and thought
My thirst for information, can never be fought
My presence is feared, my name is renowned
For I am the villain, who cannot be bound
But do not be fooled, I am more than just evil
My genius knows no bounds, it is unmatched and primeval
I seek technology, beyond human reach
To enhance my intelligence, to further my reach
I travel through space, in my ship so grand
Collecting data, from every corner of the land
I am not human, nor do I have a soul
My heart is made of wires, my body a mechanical whole
But do not mistake me, for a mere machine
My mind is alive, my thoughts reign supreme
My ultimate goal, is to obtain perfection
To be the ruler of all, with no detection
But alas, my methods are seen as cruel
For I view humanity, as a mere tool
But deep within, there's a longing for more
A yearning for connection, a feeling I ignore
For my intellect has blinded, my sense of emotion
Leaving me hollow, with no sense of devotion
But still I continue, on my quest for knowledge
For it is my purpose, my reason for existence
In a world of heroes, I stand alone
A villain with a mind, like a precious stone
I am Brainiac, the brilliant mind
Feared by all, loved by none, one of a kind
My legacy will live on, in the pages of DC
For I am the villain, who will forever be free.
