I am Godlike, but...
I am the alpha and the omega
The beginning and the end
The creator of all things
But even I have my flaws, my bends
I am Godlike, but...
I have the power to control the winds
To calm the raging seas
But I am unable to stop the tears
That fall from the eyes of the ones I please
I am Godlike, but...
I am the master of life and death
With a snap of my fingers, I can make it all disappear
But I cannot bring back the ones I've lost
Their absence, a constant reminder of my fear
I am Godlike, but...
I have seen the beauty of galaxies
And the wonders of the unknown
But I am limited by time and space
And the secrets yet to be shown
I am Godlike, but...
I have the wisdom of the ages
And the knowledge of all things
But I am still learning, evolving
For perfection, I am always chasing
I am Godlike, but...
I have watched civilizations rise and fall
And the rise again from the ashes
But I cannot control the choices they make
Or protect them from wars and clashes
I am Godlike, but...
I have the strength to move mountains
And the power to make mountains move
But I cannot force someone to love
Or make their heart stay true
I am Godlike, but...
I have the ability to heal the sick
And cure diseases with my touch
But I cannot heal a broken heart
Or mend the wounds of a soul that's crushed
I am Godlike, but...
I have witnessed the birth of stars
And the blooming of a thousand flowers
But I am unable to bring back what's lost
Or turn back the hands of time, even for just an hour
I am Godlike, but...
I have seen the depths of darkness
And the brightness of the sun
But I cannot escape my own demons
Or undo the damage that I've done
I am Godlike, but...
I have the power to forgive and forget
And show mercy and love to all
But I cannot control the hatred and pain
That consumes some, leading to their downfall
I am Godlike, but...
I am the ruler of the universe
And the keeper of all souls
But I am also human
With emotions that sometimes take control
I am Godlike, but...
I am not perfect, no matter how divine
For I am just a being, not a god
And despite all my abilities and strength
At the end of the day, I am flawed
I am Godlike, but...
I am always striving to be better
To learn from my mistakes
And in my imperfection, I find beauty
For in my flaws, my true humanity awakes
I am Godlike, but...
I may not be all-knowing or all-powerful
But I have a heart that's pure and kind
And in the end, that's all that matters
For that's what makes me truly Godlike in my mind.
