I Am The Sand



I am the sand
you’re the waves
we need to meet halfway
to create something of ours
but I am spread out
you are calmer
I’m at my end
and you are at yours
we’ll keep waiting
until the day comes
when we meet and fuse
and our wishes
are more than castles
built in the blue sky
