I Love Thee More Poem by Nyx C Styx

I Love Thee More

Out by the edge; the abandoned shore
I thought of how I loved no more
Till the salty spray of a salted sea
Burned mine eyes with an image of thee
And in it I seemed to drown at will
Till the heart did hurt but had its fill
Out by the edge; the abandoned shore
If in doubt I love, I love thee more
