I Love You Poem by Ada Ruby Gonzalez

Love is such a strong word, but it's meaning is even stronger. When you fall in love with someone you can feel the chemistry. The first time i said, 'I Love you, ' to someone was over the phone. I was talking to this guy i'd only known for a while, he said it first. At first it came as a total shock because no one had said it to me before. I thought i heard wrong because we weren't even dating, so the only thing i could say was, 'what? ' He paused for a second and said, 'ehem...nothing.'I let it go and said bye. Afterwards i couldn't stop thinking about it, it took me a few weeks later to figure out i felt the same way, i loved him too. From that moment on i knew what it felt like to be in love. It was an AMAZING feeling. He meant soo much to me like no other guy had ever meant to me before. He taught me how to love someone without playing games. A love that is true and faithful, a love that lasts forever. That was the best gift i had ever been given. A gift i would never let go of or forget.
