It's never too late to apologize,
But maybe its too late,
To undo all the damage I made.
Can I make you believe?
I'm sorry for the pain I caused,
I'm sorry for the the lie,
That I made you believe.
I wish I'd never done those things.
I regret it all,
Every last word.
I love you still,
I always will.
Now I see you standing there,
And I wonder how I could walk away
But somehow I can't change.
But life goes on, and on.
We go our separate ways.
Someday we will meet again,
I hope we can be friends.
I hope you can forgive the mistakes I made,
And let me see you again.
