I'm trying so hard not to hear...
but the silence is just so loud
It screeches in my ear...
yet, there's no sound...

I've tried and tried..
to find someone to love me for who I really am...
But once again my feelings lied
I really shouldn't give a damn...

yet I sit alone..
Thinking nothing else but you...
I keep looking at my phone...
if you only knew..

My empty heart bleeds...
from the pain inflicted on it...
i can't hide it, everyone sees
It shows on my face, as I sit..

This really itsn't that new..
people deseaving or leaving me...
i didn't think that person would be you
I guess the screw up really is me..
