I meet with you in my dreams
But I can't work out what it means
A meeting so vivid
It seems almost real
Conversation so detailed
It is as if you're in the room with me
Still here, although passed in reality
You speak to me in a way so surreal
As if to acknowledge your death as if it weren't real
To suggest that your spirit still lives on in this visionary form
Giving messages to me
Of things left unsaid
Due to your suddenly and untimely death
I awake convinced I've spent time with you
It seems so real
