I miss you saying you love me
I miss you saying “Love”
I miss you waking me
So I know when you leave

I miss your kisses in the morning
And when I get out of the shower
I miss you calling me Pookey
I miss your hugs that tells me everything is ok

I miss gazing in your eyes
And seeing the love in your eyes
I miss your touch
I miss your trust

I miss your boyish glee
When you just “have” to see
I missed the sparkle in your eyes
It hasn’t been there for a while

I missed your genuine smile
For a very long, long time
I miss….. “Me” with “You”
