It was there but buried deep in a pile of fears..
I scanned through your heart to find your smile..
It was there, buried deep within your flooding tears..
I scanned through your soul to find your peace..
It was there, buried deep within your scars of regrets..

I told myself I will love you till you learn to love again..
I will crack lame jokes till you learn to smile again..
I will tell you what you don't wanna hear till you find yourself again..
I will remind you of yesterday so you can appreciate today..
I will live in you, till you learn to live again
I told myself I won't give up on you, till you learn to trust again..
