I See Nothing. Poem by Kris Kloppers

I see the world in black and white
As keeping my smile is becoming a fight
And as it fades into grey,
I'm losing thoughts and things to say.

You see the world and all its shades
Where I see pain and start to fade.
I lost my colours with my soul
As I sink deeper into this hole.

Your fire still burns red
Where mine is already dead.
I struggle to feel
As i just don't heal.

I can't see the light.
Someone show me the way.
