I Seek The Good Path Poem by Fran Spear

I Seek The Good Path

Rating: 5.0

I seek the good path,
the good way

Among the boulders of disgust
I put in the way of myself

You alone know 'we pick' our way...

Make some things possible lest
we perish at the

Gates of Beginning
as so many already have.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
To live in the West of the US, one must know how to pick ones way thru river beds - the place is full of them. Once visiting Yosemite I spent the afternoon walking the river up to 'Vernal Falls' - the experience has never left my mind.

What I learned about myself that afternoon!
