I Surrender Poem by Nikhil Chandwani

I Surrender

Love birds surrender
To their life mate
All that was golden
Has ended to fade

As much as it was enjoyed
Its love slips away
A beauty of a thousand pieces
Crumbles to decay

Tarnishing to the floor
The most splendid of bonds
As if it was never so sacred
Under a mere minute its gone

The love cries out
It is shattered, broken and torn
Crying all those emotions
Like the tears of a storm

Soul so fragile
Its fragility weeps
To the music of the shattered heart
It falls sick and bleeds
