I Took The Long Way Home Poem by Varun Rao

I Took The Long Way Home

Through ice and snow,
Where roads are but memories.
I took the long way home.

In places so old, live people.
With hears of gold, a different peace when
I took the long way home.

A cross road obsession,
Experience the moment in question, glad
I took the long way home.

Search, search in a crowd and find not,
One within and without, when
I took the long way home.
