I Tried



I have tried
And tried
And tried
But it will never work
If it’s only coming from one side

I can’t hold the weight on my own
I don’t want to quit on us
If I have to hold this up on my own
I will be forced to quit on us
And move on to what I deserve
I will still love you always
But I can’t try any more
Goodbye my love
