I've never had many friends
It's just always been
Me against the rest
And I've always lost

I've never gone through
What others do
I've watched, listened,
And tried to wait,
But I wanna know,
what it's like...
just one taste

I've never thought
Like people do,
So I've totally missed it
I've gone from one
To the other,
From 12 to 24
Like that

I've never needed
To waste the day away
Talking, talking without feeling
Driving who I want to stay
Out of my reach
Giving no one,
No chance
