I Will Fly. Poem by Durlabh Singh

I Will Fly.

I will fly away
On the wings of imagination
To lands unsullied by anguish
Dull muddy spheres of mind
Imprisoned in body’s frame.

Through gathering storms
Sunshines and spaces
Listing mutterings
Of imagination some
Exuberance in traces.

Where perhaps divine will smile
In approved amused silence
Touched by saline tears
By the vagaries of this child
