I Would Poem by Khloe Chace

I remember when my life was a foggy blur.
The way my life was going was unclear and I didn't know where to turn.
Not that long ago I got lost on the twisted path of love
Looking for my perfect match, waiting on it waiting for me to come around.

But now everything's so clear, I can see your crisp smile.
Smiling back at me and now I know it's you that found me.
I never used to know that there was someone in this crazy world
That could possibly cherish me for who I want to be.

You make me fall into a lovely daze.
Where I forget about what day it is.
Because I'm just so lost, lost in you.
You occupy my whole mind, even mornin every noon, n' every night.

I'm not a liar when I say,
I've never ever felt this way, when I see your eyes smile back at me.
I flashback to the end of August, the very day we finally met
I never believed in love at first sight until that very date and time.

If I could talk with you all day, I would.
If I had to humiliate myself, I would to spend time with you.
If I could be with you, I'd let down all my fears, dropp down all my walls
And fall, fall in love with you.

I used to think fairy tales weren't that great; they were too cliche.
But recently my mind turned and flipped.
Because real life dreamland is where you and I take residence.

There's a door far on the horizon.
That separates dreams from this reality.
When I twist that door knob open,
I see you standing there in the doorway staring into me

And the last thing I want to say,
Is please won't you stay?
Cause it takes two to whisper quietly...
Ohh and the spaces between my fingers are right
Where yours fit perfectly...(cut-off fade)
