Ibex In A Parking Lot Poem by Pamela Storch

Ibex In A Parking Lot

Ibex in a parking lot,
Jumped on a nearby car,
Across from Dead Sea deserts,
People watching from afar,

It seems it could not reach the trees,
The leaves are better there,
And so a car was perfect,
If you rent a car, beware!

There must be hoof insurance,
For this rare endangered breed,
If renting in Ein Gedi,
Full insurance do you need,

I hope that it enjoyed the meal,
As tourists' eyes grew wide,
But next time in Ein Gedi,
Don't park by the trees outside.
