If God Offers You Poem by Michael P. Johnson

If God Offers You

Will you, would you, seek life living?
Always love to be yours
Endless life God would be giving
His side of Heaven's Doors

When offered, as a king to live
When God Himself has told
Would all you have today God give?
Or something still withhold?

Is there anything more pleasing?
Does something come to mind?
Until hell's fire is freezing
No one could be so blind

Why, does one's suffering soul falter
Determination fail
Sinner's atrocious ways alter
God's grace to free from jail

Where deceit is out to blind us
Behaving as a friend
The devil will seek to bind us
Where demons all will end

Whatever would or could occur?
Heaven ever persuade?
Who, what, where could somehow deter
A Promise God has made

Throughout the bible's plain to see
God's Word stands ever true
So was always, so will it be
Even to me and you

God never changes, always the same
Perfect in every way
Those believing His Holy Name
Never! Will fade away.....
