I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to try
To pick myself up from the floor
And face the world that makes me cry
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to carry on
Even though my heart is sore
And my spirit feels withdrawn
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to keep moving
Through the pain, I must endure
For there's no use in sulking
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to put on a smile
Even though my thoughts are a blur
And I feel like I've walked a mile
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to find my strength
To face the demons, to endure
For I won't let them have me at length
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to believe
That one day, I'll find the cure
And my heart will no longer grieve
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to hold on
To the hope, to the pure
For in the end, it'll be my dawn
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to keep fighting
Through the darkness, I'll endure
For my soul is still igniting
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to find my way
Through this storm, I'll secure
Myself, and I'll rise each day
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to trust
In the journey, and the lure
For in it lies my growth and must
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to keep going
Through the pain, the tears, the lure
For my heart is still glowing
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to keep my head held high
For in it lies my core
And I won't let it die
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to keep breathing
For in each breath, I'll endure
And my heart will start healing
I'm not fine, I'm not sure
But I have to keep living
For in it lies my cure
And my soul will keep thriving
So I'll keep repeating
