Imaginations Transcending Poem by Michael P. Johnson

Imaginations Transcending

What is your hope for tomorrow?
What are your thoughts today?
What will life's final breath follow?
Spare God a thought to pray

In the bible, grace presents us
God's spoken Word on high
Despite of worldwide census
Wisdom, will not deny

Dishonest tales will falter
Facts will lies, lay bare
Though both, man's soul can alter
Only life's truth can share

So sweet, a liar's heart can sing
Sweeter than honey dew
Alluring, as a desert spring
Tempting life's searching few

Deceit is the devil's foundation
Lies, his productive tools
To abduct, from every nation
Those behaving like fools

While next to none, these facts believe
These truths, Christ came to tell
Consequently, few will receive
Escaping keys, from hell

With wisdom, life's Way to ponder
Faith's gift, trusting to stand
Soon, rising above out yonder
We'll enter God's Promised Land

Splendour we'll see, mankind unknown
Great wonders, without ending
Such love, from our Father's throne
Imaginations transcending…..
