In The Library - Poem by chelle santos

the good little girl and the good little boy,
sit side by side & arm in arm in the library.

the good little girl and the good little boy,
flip through the bible together reverently.

the good little girl and the good little boy,
have hands that fondle their crosses idly.

the good little girl and the good little boy,
claim it's love, as they gaze at each other longingly.

the good little girl and the good little boy,
grasp hands & fidget in their seats uncomfortably.

the good little girl and the good little boy,
streeped in frustration for an eternity,

the good little girl and the good little boy,
should just quit it! they arent fooling anybody.
