In Time For Christmas (Xmas Eve) Poem by Gianni Pintus

In Time For Christmas (Xmas Eve)

The motorways so busy,
the shops still opens,
it's so hard to go back at home,
I'm here in the sky doing the job all alone.

Kids in the world are awaiting for me,
I'm in demand, this is the night to be,
there will be things to everybody,
children's and adults too,
this is my job it is what I do.

The snow will not slow me down,
the clouds will not play me around,
the rain will not be my enemy,
not evil ghosts, no hollow jealousy,
will ever stop me,
No waste of time, no out of direction,
no false emotions will ever stop me,
children's are waiting for this night,
I'm coming down your chimney,
make sure you are ready,
make sure you are free,
and make ready your Christmas tree.

Of course mince pie and glass of sherry,
will be a bonus, for me,
but nevermind about it,
I will do my job as always,
making sure everybody are happy,
and get what they want,
in this holy Christmas eve.
