Incurable Disease Poem by Tonmoy Datta Mishu

Incurable Disease

Every time I see you
I see my reflection in your eyes.
I know how you see me,
I just don't know what the view is!
Sometimes I am curious to know,
But most times I only like the reflection.

Most of our lives go on the thought
How am I viewed!
There's just a small portion of people
Who doesn't care, but most people do.
And that's where life becomes hard,
The superstition kills people slowly.
Once you are trapped,
It's likely impossible to come out.
This is a collective failure,
People are always passing judgments, mostly negatives,
For the human heart, that becomes heavy.
But what to do?
In the end, you're bound to live in society!

It's an incurable disease of the society,
Formed by the society itself,
And neglected by the society itself.
