Inferno Poem by Phil de Lange

Inferno

These passionate embers glow red with every tremble
The nights Icy breath flirts wildly with temptation
Flames rise menacingly from innocence, now fueled by desire
Simple gusts trace softly,
along each burning curve of the blaze
Every single lick of the sapphire seems to spark,
like a frenzied warlock, into spirals of sensuality
Impatience dies as the gust full embrace
warms the very core of this once placid haven
The roar of maple cuts the naked air,
swiftly piercing each and every trouble,
melting in bliss.
Venus drinks the sap of sudden silence
Ashes will be ashes,
submerged in the memory of bitter sweet harmony.
