-ink - Poem by Amber Leigh

He sits there drinking,
'cause his heart's only sinking,
His eyes won't even blink,
He just sits there and think.
His thoughts try to link,
but things just go blank.
He wants her back,
all he does is cry,
he wonders,
why she left,
he loves her a lot,
she wont come back,
he starts to give up,
his hope starts to slack.
His heart inside,
will only sink,
his heart starts leaking,
like a bottle of ink.
