Insanity Poem by Cindy Rheeder

Insanity

I'm on the brink of insanity and obsession,
After making this hateful confession,
I can't believe how much I care,
About you and I swear,
I'll never tell you,
It's just something I'll never do,
My stomach fills with butterflies,
The good kind - the kind every girl wants to feel,
It starts with the smile in your eyes,
The laugh playing on your lips,
The way you caress my name when you say it.
I'm on the brink of insanity and obsession,
And you laugh at my inanity,
After making this dreadful confession,
I started questioning my sanity,
I can't believe how much I care,
And I swear I'll never tell you.
