Inside Me Poem by Deki aka Mark Fisher

I feel something crawling with in me
What could it be?
I don’t know what it is but I feel it
As it moves it speaks let me go
I ask it what it means
But all it says is let me go
So I sit down a upon the ground
Trying to figure out what it means
I don’t know what it means
So I ask it once more what it means
It says once more let me go
So I think to myself what could it be
Then it hits me like car going twenty
Miles an hour
It is a demon
Trying escape but it can
The demon says it one more time
This time I didn’t know what to say
So I thought of Edger Allen Poe the raven
I said never more
The demon was angry it thrashes about like it
A two year child then it says
I will get free sooner or later
So I say it again never more will you be free
You are stuck with me
