Insistent Truth Poem by Mary Champion

Insistent Truth

Truth is rarely loved upon first sight.
There's few who see at once that it is right.
For Truth can be a bitter pill to take
And many will insist it's a mistake.
But once you've seen the truth you'll find
You cannot cast it from your mind.
For truth will out and, as your life goes through,
Experience will prove the truth to you.
