Invitation Poem by Ruby James

Invitation

Dance with me beneath the sheets so I can fall
Into your arms.
To be completely wrapped within another's soul.
I will curl up and be truly warm.
The deep sensation among the strangeness, the newness.
I happen here.
His ambrosial caress, his curls, his chest
Create a melody that I sing too sweetly with
hot breath and gasps of
pleasure that creates the key
so we can open the door to
Simple ecstasy.
The hungry beast you've made of me.
The want to be worshipped.
Please,
envelop me
Again, and again.
