It’s time for me,
To take a stand,
Leave behind my ever land,
Leave behind the Garden of Eden,
Take on the world,
No longer a heathen,
It’s time for me to tell my secrets,
It time for me to finally talk,
Though scared of the world its poisonous grin,
Scared for the people looking for sin.
But head up high I take my sword.
Fight fear with courage,
Poor out the tears running through me,
Heal the child within me,
And hope that I can ever forgive me.
