When I close my eyes and open my ears
its you I see and you I hear
A voice so sweet and words so clear
its you I see and you I hear

You're the reason for the smile on my face
and the pride in my heart
The sparkle in my eyes
and the chuckle in my throat

Its your smile that lights my world
its your eyes that show me the stars;
Its your kiss that sets me on fire
and its your arms that become my isle

Its you, every part of you
that I see when I close my eyes and open my ears
when I bring down my walls and let go of my fears
Its your sweet voice, muttering my name
as I let you closer to my heart
