Jealousy presses your weeping heart
distilling your tears into vitriol,
liberally tipping each poisoned dart
that hatred prepares for your rival.
Evergreen envy flooding the mind,
inflaming the pain you are feeling,
reason discarded, leaving you blind,
renders your wounds beyond healing.
Vivid imaginings troubling you,
of the happiness someone has taken -
something you always believed was your due -
leaving you lost and forsaken.
Jealousy burning like Hell's fiercest fires
transforming your dreams into ashes,
brutal frustration of all your desires -
your life left a void, when it passes.
