Joy Poem by Edward Abraham

Joy

Copious and heart-thumping glimmers of God's joy
All came down to reign on his throne
Its beatific love, heavenly to employ
As her genial kiss was blown!

Oh! How hypnotic is her soothing touch!
How menial it makes my life seem!
Soulmate! Whom alike there is none-such
Whose tepid flesh mine dream!

With all her innocent ways
Her gorgeious affectionate shine
Her caring momentous gaze
And with that she'll soon be mine!
