Joy In Her Life
starting today
she will not allow him
to come inside her room
he is no longer welcome
inside her house
no more merrymaking
and drinking with him
today she wrote him a love letter
thanking him for the company
for all those years that he
was with her
for making her strong
and so today she says goodbye to him
to welcome joy in her life.
