Poet's Notes about The Poem

Good judgment is a blessing to us from God, that it very important when we are making choices and decisions, evaluating for quality purposes, et cetera. The way we look at ourselves is very important too.It is not uncommon to find people who are judgmental of others to be equally hard on themselves. This can happen to any one of us. We are all human. We need to be on our guard and try not to let it happen. 'Jesus came into the world not to condemn, but to save' (John 3: 17) .

I agree with every bit of the idea expressed in the poem as well as in the Poet's Notes. I am tempted to quote the entire poem which is small but highly purposeful:
    Being judgmental of
    Others can often mean being
    Hard on oneself too
