Keep Striving Poem by Mystic Qalandar

Keep Striving

'Man shall have only that
for which he has striven.'

Keep striving.

The soul is a traveler through veils,
and every step leaves its imprint upon Eternity.
What appears as labor in the world of dust
is remembrance in the unseen realm.

Keep striving.

Guard the lamp within.
Let the winds of trial rage through the valleys of becoming,
let darkness gather around its flame—
still let it burn on the oil of trust.

Keep striving.

The farmer does not abandon the field
for fear of drought, or hail, or a barren season.
He knows the earth conceals mysteries beneath its silence.
Seeds go down into darkness not to perish, but to wake.

Keep striving.

What the dawn breeze carries is more than fragrance—
it bears tidings from hidden gardens,
whispers from worlds unseen,
promises written before the stars were kindled.

Keep striving.

Be patient with the season of sowing.
Plant goodness in the soil of the heart,
fruit trees in the orchard of the spirit.
The harvest ripens in its appointed hour;
every sincere act is kept in the treasury of the Real.

Keep striving.

Let striving be the physician of your soul:
discern the illness, seek the remedy,
find the Healer whose wisdom flows
from the Source beyond all names.

Keep striving.

If you desire true life, die before death.
Empty yourself of self, and hear the secret of the dervish—
the drop that surrenders its boundary
discovers itself as the sea.

Keep striving.

Be steadfast in loyalty, constant in devotion.
Beyond the crumbling forms of time
there is a Presence that neither fades nor departs.

Keep striving.

Whether the longing is fulfilled or deferred,
no striving is lost.
Every effort bends the veil.
Every tear polishes the mirror.
Every sincere step draws the seeker
nearer the hidden Sun.

Keep striving.

For the path itself is the arrival,
the search itself a revelation,
and every breath spent in faithful striving
is already a share of the Beloved.

Keep striving.

'Man shall have only that for which he has striven.'

And God says:

Keep striving.
