Kept Bondage Poem by Sasha Olivia Williams

Kept Bondage

Kept Bondage

Preying on the helpless, tackling the oppress;
Stealing the poor of what can't endure.
Strategic harms, careful charms;
Taken away behind brutal bars.

Caress too hard, sleepless calls;
Forced to lay until he falls.
Tackling the young, turned so wrong;
Playing games with people's fears.

Drowning in pains, sorrows wasting away;
Injecting with lust, pampering to dust.
Having favorites coming to stay;
Earning millions the next unknowing day.

Travelling by means, getting lost astray;
Exchanging favors while dying anyway.
Wicked humor, feared lashes;
Dragged into tireless trading's.

Trampled on; pushed aside;
Waiting for the new standby.
Over and over it continues;
Then they're trying, few recues.
