Kids



Graduation has come
The caps have been tossed in
the air
Some are planning for the future
Some have no idea where they're
going
Some will travel far
Some will stay near

Kids
All I have to say is I wish
you all the best
Make the right choices
Make the right decisions

Life can be full of triumphs
Life can be absolutely dull
from this time forward
This world is cruel
Enjoy the special moments when
they come
They'll come and go just as fast

Time has marched on for me
I've aged quite a bit since
I've learned so much in my life
since I was your ages

So, stay true to who you are
Be grateful for the sun, moon,
and stars
Small victories mean so much
Yet, I know for you all
As you're still kids
At least for this time being
You all dream of bigger and
better things
Some will stay near
